Ailsa has spent almost 20 years in the HR world challenging traditional thinking and driving cultural change within organisations. Following a successful career in executive search recruiting highly skilled professionals for some of the top global pharmaceutical companies, Andrea decided to change direction as she felt that she wanted to work in the broader world of HR, so completed a Masters in Human Resource and Employment Management. Since then she has worked both in traditional HR roles and most recently in the cultural transformation of a heritage organisation, where she became Head of People & Culture. Andrea has a strong vision of the future of work and is passionate about cultural transformation and creation of positive high performing work places.
